"Kodomo No Omocha: Marmalade Boy on Crack?" - This site distributes their digital fansubs of episodes 34-39 and 52-102 (they're currently working on the missing episodes). If you have a streamload account, you can also request episodes on their forum.
Noated.com - Search for sites where you can download Kodocha.
Tapes
Glass Rose Distribution - This site does SASE (you just need to send in blank tapes plus the cost of shipping). Melissa is very nice to deal with.
