Basic Information
Miho Obana's Kodomo No Omocha manga, on which the anime is based, was initially published in the girl's manga magazine Ribon (from 8/94 to 11/98) in 51 monthly chapters. It is now available in 10 volumes (more information below).
Miho Obana also created a kind of addition to the story called "Mizu No Yakata" ("Palace of Water"), also originally published in Ribon. It's about the movie Sana and Naozumi film in volume 6 of the manga and episodes 58-62 in the anime (publication information is available under the "standard edition" link found below) .
